After watching the first episode of The Mandalorian season 3:
- Grogu a.k.a Baby Yoda doesn’t have any obvious place in the story. His arc was resolved several times over in the first two seasons, plus in parts of the Boba Fett series. Is the little green guy’s place merely to stand cute and sell merchandise?
- The “space whales” in hyperspace were interesting to see and, one might assume, allusions back to Star Wars Rebels. Might Ezra’s live action debut be a surprise incoming?
- The modified Naboo fighter is the absolute least impractical ship for a bounty hunter! Where do two people go to the bathroom?
